How to Install and Use the Chrome Extension

Install the Quickpage Chrome extension to send videos directly from your CRM without switching tabs.

The Quickpage Chrome extension lets you work side by side with your CRM and Quickpage at the same time, without switching between tabs. It sits in a small panel on the right-hand side of your browser, giving you quick access to your pages without interrupting your workflow. Follow the steps below to install and use it.

Step 1: Install the Chrome Extension

Before you can use the extension, you'll need to add it to your Chrome browser from the Quickpage website.

  1. Open Google Chrome and go to quickpage.io.
  2. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
  3. Click Chrome Extension in the bottom left corner.
  4. Click Add to Chrome and follow the prompts to grant the necessary permissions — the process is straightforward and self-explanatory.
  5. Once installed, the extension will automatically re-sync all of your open Quickpages.

Step 2: Access the Extension

Once installed, the extension is always accessible while you browse — no need to navigate away from your current workflow.

  1. A Quickpage panel will appear on the right-hand side of your browser, taking up roughly a quarter of the screen.
  2. This panel is a mini version of Quickpage — use it to create pages, search for existing pages, and manage your activity without leaving your current tab.

Step 3: Embed a Quickpage into a CRM Email

With the extension open alongside your CRM, you can insert a Quickpage directly into an email in just a few clicks.

  1. Log in to your CRM and compose a new email to your customer as you normally would.
  2. Place your cursor in the body of the email.
  3. In the Quickpage extension panel, find the page you want to embed.
  4. Click Embed.
  5. Select First Video Image — this inserts only the first video of your Quickpage into the email body, keeping things clean and compact.
  6. Click Send.

Step 4: CRM Activity Logging

Quickpage automatically keeps your CRM records up to date when you send through the extension.

  1. If Quickpage is integrated with your CRM, the embedded send will automatically post to your CRM contact record.
  2. This creates a history of all Quickpage activity tied to that customer, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Note: The Full Page Embed option is also available, but it includes your logo, email signature, and all page elements, which can take up significant space. First Video Image is recommended for cleaner, more compact emails.
