How to Make a Quickpage

Create a personalized video page, write your message, and send it to a contact in just a few steps.

A Quickpage is made up of three main parts — media, a subject line, and a message body. Together, these elements create a personalized, engaging experience for your customer. Follow the steps below to create and send your first Quickpage.

Step 1: Create a New Page

Start from your dashboard every time. It's your home base for managing all of your pages.

  1. Log in to Quickpage and go to your Dashboard.
  2. Select Quickpages from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click the green New Page button in the upper right corner.
  4. Select Brand New Page.

Step 2: Add Your Media

Media sits at the top of your Quickpage and is usually the first thing your customer sees. Working from the top down is a good habit to get into.

  1. Click the circle with the play button at the top of the page.
  2. Choose one of the following options:
    • Video Record — record a personalized video directly in Quickpage.
    • Screen Record — capture your screen.
    • Upload Video — upload a saved video file from your computer.
    • Upload Images — upload one or more images.
  3. If recording a video, click Start Capture. A countdown will begin before recording starts.
  4. Make sure to include some movement in the first 3 seconds of your video — Quickpage automatically converts this into a looping GIF thumbnail that customers see before clicking play. A wave or a gesture works great.
  5. Click Add Page once your recording is complete.

Step 3: Write Your Subject Line

Don't underestimate the power of a good subject line. This is what entices your customer to click, so make it count.

  1. Fill in the subject line field below the media.
  2. Make it specific and relevant to your customer — reference something they've expressed interest in or a reason they reached out. The more personal it feels, the more likely they are to open it.

Step 4: Write Your Message Body

The body of your Quickpage supports your video and gives customers more context. You can write it yourself or let the AI Writer do the heavy lifting.

  1. Type your message directly into the body field or use the AI Writer for a faster option.
  2. To use the AI Writer:
    • Click the gear icon to configure your writer settings (one-time setup only — you won't need to revisit this unless something changes).
    • Enter a prompt, or use the pre-filled default to introduce yourself to a new lead.
    • Click Write — the AI will generate a message based on your profile and writer preferences.
    • Click Add Page to apply the generated text.
  3. Review and edit the message as needed before sending: personalize names, adjust tone, add or remove emojis, whatever fits your style.

Step 5: Share Your Quickpage

Once your page is ready, sharing it takes just a few clicks. You can send to one person or several at once.

  1. Click the Share button.
  2. Search for your contact by name. If your CRM is integrated with Quickpage, your contacts will appear automatically. If not, search within Quickpage Contacts.
  3. Click Add next to the contact's name. Repeat to add more recipients if needed.
  4. Select your delivery method: Video, Email, SMS, or Both — Both is generally recommended.
  5. Choose Share Now to send immediately, or schedule it for a later time.
  6. Click Share Now. Your Quickpage is delivered instantly.

 

Note: Quickpages update in real time. If you catch a typo or want to add more content after sending, any changes you make will reflect immediately on the customer's end.
