How to Send a Quickpage to a Customer

Send your Quickpage to one or more customers via email, text, or both � and keep a full record of every send.

The thumbnail is the preview image customers see before playing your video. Choosing a strong thumbnail can make your page more visually appealing and encourage customers to engage with your content. Follow the steps below to update it on any Quickpage.

Step 1: Open the Page

Navigate to the specific Quickpage where you'd like to update the thumbnail preview.

  1. Go to the Quickpage you want to update.

Step 2: Access Thumbnail Settings

Thumbnail settings are found in the page options menu, accessible from the pencil icon.

  1. Click the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the page.
  2. Select Options from the menu.
  3. Scroll down and select Select Thumbnail.

Step 3: Choose a New Thumbnail

Once you're in the thumbnail selector, you'll have access to everything you've previously uploaded to your media library.

  1. Your Quickpage Media Library will open.
  2. Any image you have previously uploaded will appear here as an option.
  3. Browse your available images and click the one you want to use.
  4. The selected image will immediately become the new thumbnail preview for that video.
