How to Set Up Your Profile
Configure your photo, digital business card, chat availability, and notifications so customers always have an accurate view of who you are and how to reach you.
Your Quickpage profile controls what customers see when they receive your videos, including your photo, business information, email signature, chat availability, and notification preferences. Taking a few minutes to complete your profile ensures every Quickpage you send looks polished and professional. Follow the steps below to get everything set up.
Step 1: Access Your Profile
You can access your profile settings from either the mobile app or the desktop, whichever you prefer.
- On the mobile app, tap your name in the bottom right corner.
- On the desktop, click your name in the upper left corner.
- Select My Profile from the menu.
Step 2: Upload a Profile Photo
This is one of the most important things to do before sending your first Quickpage. The default placeholder is a green circle, so replacing it with a real photo, even just a headshot, makes a big difference in how customers perceive your pages.
- Under the General tab, locate the profile photo section.
- Upload a photo of your choice.
- Click Save.
Step 3: Review Your Business Information
Much of this information may already be filled in for you. This is what your customers see and how they get in touch with you, so it's worth double-checking that everything is accurate.
- Click the second tab to view your company information.
- Confirm that your title, company, email, phone, and other details are correct.
- Make any necessary updates, then click Save.
Step 4: Set Up Your Email Signature
Even though your contact information appears throughout your Quickpage, it's a nice touch to have it at the bottom of every page as well.
- Click the Email Signature tab.
- Enter your contact information as plain text, or use the code or image options if you'd like a more customized signature.
- Click Save.
Step 5: Configure Chat Availability
The chat bubble appears in the bottom right corner of every Quickpage and lets customers reach out to you directly — but only during the hours you set.
- Click the Chat tab.
- Set the hours during which you're available for customer chats. Outside of these hours, the chat bubble will not appear on your page.
- Select your time zone.
- Click Save.
Step 6: Set Up Notifications
This is arguably the most important tab in your profile. Staying on top of activity in your Quickpages allows you to follow up in real time while customers are actively engaged.
- Click the Notifications tab.
- Enable Push Notifications to receive alerts on your phone, Email to receive them in your inbox, or both.
- Turn on notifications for page views, chat messages, and other activity, if you're in sales, it's recommended to enable all of these.
- Optionally, enable Hot Leads to be notified when a customer has been on your page for a set amount of time (30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes, and so on).
- Optionally, enable Media View Alerts to be notified when a customer views specific pieces of media on your page. For example, when a customer views Media 2 or Media 3 in your slider.
- Click Save.
