How to Share a Call to Action Button With Your Teammates

Share any CTA button with your teammates including future team members in just a few steps.

Call to action (CTA) buttons can be shared with individual teammates or your entire team. This works with buttons you've already created or ones you build from scratch. Follow the steps below to share a CTA button.

Step 1: Access the CTA Button

Start by pulling up the button you want to share, either an existing one or a new one you create on the spot.

  1. Go to Add CTA.
  2. To use an existing button, click My Stuff and locate the button you want to share.
  3. To create a new button, fill out the required fields before proceeding.

Step 2: Save the Button to Favorites

Before you can share the button, you'll need to save it to your favorites and give it a name.

  1. Once you have the button pulled up, scroll to the bottom.
  2. Click Save Button to Favorites.
  3. Enter a name for the button.

Step 3: Share With Your Team

Once the button is named, sharing it with your team is just a couple of clicks away.

  1. Click the Share With Teammates link that appears below the name field.
  2. A list of your teammates will appear.
  3. Select individuals to share with specific people or click Entire Team to share with everyone.
  4. Selecting Entire Team is recommended if you want any new teammates added in the future to automatically have access. It'll save you the step of resharing later.
  5. Click Save.
