How to Upload Media

Upload images or videos to your Quickpage media library and organize them into folders for quick access.

You can upload images and videos directly into your Quickpage media library and organize them into folders for easy access. Keeping your library organized makes it much faster to find and reuse content when building pages. Follow the steps below to upload media.

Step 1: Navigate to Your Media Library

Your media library lives in the left-hand menu under Content. It may require a little scrolling to find.

  1. From your Quickpage account, go to the left menu bar.
  2. Scroll down to More Options.
  3. Scroll down again to Content.
  4. Select My Library.

Step 2: Select or Create a Folder

Before uploading, it's a good idea to decide where you want the file to live so it's easy to find later.

  1. Choose an existing folder where you want the media to be saved.
  2. To create a new folder, select the option to add a new folder before uploading.

Step 3: Upload Your Media

Uploading is straightforward, just a couple of clicks and you're browsing your computer for the file.

  1. Click Upload in the upper right corner.
  2. Click Upload again to confirm.
  3. Browse your computer and select the image or video file you want to add.
  4. The file will begin processing and a black screen may appear briefly while it loads. This is normal.

Step 4: Add a Title and Assign Folders

Once your file has loaded, take a moment to give it a clear title and confirm which folders it belongs in.

  1. Click on the uploaded file once it has finished loading.
  2. Scroll down and enter a title for the media.
  3. The file will automatically be saved to the folder you are currently in.
  4. To make it available in additional folders, click the blue Select Folders button and choose any others you'd like.
  5. Click Save.
