How to Use the Sort Feature
Use the sort feature to filter your team's Quickpages and messages by individual team member.
As a manager on a team account, you have access to all Quickpages created by your entire team. The sort feature helps you filter through that activity so you can focus on a specific team member's pages or messages at a time. Follow the steps below to use it.
Step 1: Understand Your Role and Access
Before using the sort feature, it helps to understand what managers can see versus what team members can see.
- Team Members can only view their own Quickpages and chat messages.
- Team Managers can view all Quickpages created by the entire team, as well as all incoming messages.
If you are logged in as a manager, your dashboard will show pages from every team member by default — the sort feature is what lets you narrow that down.
Step 2: Sort Pages by Team Member
Filtering your page list by team member is a quick way to review one person's activity without the rest of the team's pages in the way.
- From your Quickpage dashboard, locate the blue Sort button at the top of the page list.
- Click Sort to open the filter options.
- Select your own name or any team member's name from the list.
- The dashboard will update to show only that person's Quickpages.
- To return to the full team view, click the X next to the active filter.
Step 3: Sort Messages by Team Member
The same filtering capability applies to messages, making it easy to review conversations between customers and a specific teammate.
- Click on the Messages tab in your dashboard.
- Locate the dropdown menu at the top of the messages list.
- Use the dropdown to filter messages by yourself or a specific teammate.
- This allows you to read the full conversation history between customers and any individual team member.
Step 4: Return to the Full Team View
Clearing the filter and returning to the full team view is just one click.
- Click the X on the active filter to clear your selection and restore the default view showing all pages or messages across the team.
