How to View Stats

Track your performance and your team's activity with Quickpage's built-in stats tools.

Quickpage gives you access to both individual and team-level performance data. You can view overall stats from your dashboard or drill down into the details of a specific page to see exactly how recipients engaged with it. Follow the steps below to view your stats.

Step 1: View Your Overall Stats

Your personal stats give you a high-level view of your activity and performance over any time period you choose.

  1. From your Quickpage account, click the Stats icon in the left menu bar.
  2. Use the date range selector to choose a time period: Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, or a Custom Date Range.
  3. Your individual stats will display, including number of pages created, number of pages sent, pages marked as sold, total views, and other performance metrics.

Step 2: View Team Stats (Managers Only)

If you are a manager, you can also see how your entire team is performing — broken down by individual team member.

  1. From the Stats page, click on the Team icon or tab.
  2. You will see an overview of your entire team's performance for the selected date range.
  3. Scroll down to see each team member's stats listed out individually.

Step 3: View Stats for a Specific Quickpage

For a closer look at how a particular page performed, you can pull up recipient-level engagement data directly from your dashboard.

  1. From your dashboard, open the Quickpage you want to review.
  2. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Select Stats.
  4. The stats panel will show data specific to that page, including each individual recipient.
  5. For each recipient, you can see whether they opened the page, when they opened it, how long they spent on the page, and whether they watched the video.

Step 4: Check Delivery Logs

If you're not sure whether a message was successfully delivered, the delivery logs will give you a clear answer.

  1. Within the stats panel for a specific page, click View Logs.
  2. This will show whether your emails and text messages were delivered successfully.
  3. If there is a bounce or delivery error, this is where you will see it — which can help you identify a typo in an email address or phone number.
