How to Enable or Disable Closed Captioning

Quickpage automatically adds closed captions to your videos.

If you prefer to turn them off — either for all videos or just for a specific page — you can do so in a couple of ways. Follow the steps below.

Option 1: Disable closed captioning for all videos

1. Click on your profile icon or name in your Quickpage account.
2. Select My Profile.
3. Click on the Public tab.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
5. Locate the Closed Captioning toggle under the Pages section.
6. Check or uncheck the box to enable or disable captions for all videos on your account.
7. Click Save to apply the change.

Option 2: Disable closed captioning for one specific video

1. Open the Quickpage you want to update.
2. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Select Settings.
4. Click the Advanced tab.
5. Scroll down to Video Caption.
6. Check the box to disable captions for this page only.
7. Click Save.
