How to Automatically Resend a Quickpage
Set up a one-time automatic resend so customers who haven't opened your Quickpage receive a follow-up without any extra effort on your part.
Quickpage includes a built-in resend feature that automatically follows up with customers who haven't opened your page yet.
This saves you time and ensures no lead slips through the cracks without requiring any manual effort. Follow the steps below to set it up.
Step 1: Create and prepare your Quickpage
Build your Quickpage as normal. Add your video, message, contacts, and any other content before setting up the auto-resend.
Step 2: Access the resend settings
- Once your page is ready, locate the clock icon in the send options area.
- Click the clock button to open the auto-resend settings.
Step 3: Configure the resend
- Under Action, confirm it is set to resend the Quickpage.
- Select when you want the resend to go out — for example, 1 day after the original send.
- Choose a time for the resend to be delivered. Pick a time when your customers are most likely to be available.
- Select how the resend should be delivered: Email, Text (SMS), or Both. Choosing both is recommended since different customers respond to different channels.
Step 4: Save as default (optional)
- If you want these settings to apply automatically to every Quickpage you create going forward, check the box that says Save as default settings for all future pages.
- Once saved as a default, every new page you create will automatically be set to resend without any additional setup.
Important notes
- The auto-resend will be automatically cancelled if the customer opens your original Quickpage before the resend goes out — so there is no risk of sending a duplicate.
- The auto-resend is a one-time follow-up. It will only resend the page once.
