How to Delete Multiple Files

Clean up your media library by selecting and deleting multiple files at the same time.

If you need to clean up your media library, you can select and delete multiple files at the same time rather than removing them one by one. This is a quick way to stay organized without having to repeat the process for every file. Follow the steps below to delete multiple files in Quickpage.

Step 1: Navigate to Your Media Library

Your media library is located in the left menu under Content.

  1. From your Quickpage dashboard, go to the left menu bar.
  2. Click More Options.
  3. Scroll down to Content.
  4. Select My Library.

Step 2: Select the Files You Want to Delete

You can select files from your full uploads list or from within a specific folder — whichever is easier based on how your library is organized.

  1. Find the first file you want to delete. All uploaded content is listed under All Uploads, or you can navigate into a specific folder if your content is organized that way.
  2. Click the upper right corner of the file thumbnail. A green checkmark will appear, and a counter at the bottom of the screen will confirm how many files are selected (for example, 1 media selected).
  3. Continue selecting all the files you want to delete. The counter will update as you add more selections.

Step 3: Delete the Selected Files

Once you've made your selections, deleting them takes just a couple of clicks.

  1. Click the counter button at the bottom of the screen (for example, 3 media selected).
  2. A menu will appear with options to Add, Remove, or Delete.
  3. Select Delete.
  4. The selected files will be permanently removed from your library.
