How to Send to a Contact List

If you have a group of contacts you want to reach at once, you can send a single Quickpage to an entire contact list rather than adding recipients one by one. This is a great way to efficiently reach multiple customers with the same message. Follow the steps below to send to a contact list.

Step 1: Create Your Quickpage

Before sending, make sure your page is fully built and ready to go.

1. Build your Quickpage as normal — add your video, message content, and any other elements before sending.

Step 2: Open the Share Options

When your page is ready, the Share menu is where you'll find the contact list option.

1. Click the green Share button at the top of the page.
2. Select Quickpage Contacts from the share options.

Step 3: Select Your Contact List

From the contacts panel, you can send to an entire list at once or handpick specific recipients from within it.

1. In the contacts panel, click the List tab at the top.
2. Browse or search for the list you want to send to.
3. If you only want to send to specific people within the list, open the list and select them manually.
4. If you want to send to everyone on the list, click the blue Add button on the right-hand side.

Step 4: Send Your Quickpage

Once your list is selected, choose how you want the message delivered and send it off.

1. Select your delivery method — Video Email, SMS, or both.
2. Click Share to send the Quickpage to everyone on your list.
