How to Use the Template Store

Browse, customize, and use pre-built templates from the Quickpage Template Store to respond to leads faster.

The Template Store gives you a head start on building common types of Quickpages by providing pre-written message text and sample videos for popular use cases. These templates are starting points — you can customize them to match your style and save them for repeated use. Follow the steps below.

Step 1: Access the Template Store

The Template Store is found at the very bottom of your left menu — you may need to scroll down to see it.

  1. From your Quickpage account, scroll to the very bottom of the left menu bar.
  2. Click Template Store.

Step 2: Browse and Select a Template

There are templates available for a variety of common scenarios, so take a moment to explore what's there before choosing one.

  1. Review the available templates — these include options like First Lead Response, Vehicle Walk-Around, Appointment Confirmation, and more.
  2. Click on any template to preview it. You'll see a sample video and the pre-written message text below it.

Step 3: Get the Template

Once you've found a template you want to use, adding it to your account is one click.

  1. Click Get Template to add it to your account.
  2. The template will appear in the Templates section of your homepage.

Step 4: Customize the Template

Before using a template, it's worth reviewing the pre-written content and making it your own.

  1. Review the pre-written text. It may include customer tags — placeholder fields that automatically pull in data from your CRM, such as the customer's name or vehicle information. Edit any of the text to match your preferred wording.
  2. If you don't like the default GIF, you can replace it with one that better fits your style.

Step 5: Record Your Video

This is the most important step. The video you record here will be used every time this template is sent, so keep it general.

  1. Record your own introduction video for this template.
  2. Keep the video generic — do not mention a specific customer's name, vehicle, or any details that would make it feel irrelevant when sent to a different person.
  3. This video will be reused automatically each time you send this template.

Step 6: Use the Template When Sending

Once your template is set up, using it is simple — just select it from your homepage and go.

  1. Switch to the Templates tab on your homepage.
  2. Select the template you want to use.
  3. Personalize any details as needed before sending.
