How to Use the AI Writer

The AI Writer inside Quickpage helps you quickly generate professional message copy without having to write from scratch. It pulls data from your profile to personalize the output and can be used for a variety of common sales and customer communication scenarios. Follow the steps below.

Step 1: Open the AI Writer

The AI Writer is built directly into the message body section of every Quickpage — no extra setup required.

1. Inside any Quickpage, scroll down to the message body section.
2. Click on AI Writer.

Step 2: Choose or Write a Prompt

You can get started right away with one of the pre-written prompts, or write your own if you have something more specific in mind.

1. Quickpage includes several pre-written prompts for common use cases — such as introducing yourself to a new customer lead. Click any of these to use them.
2. You can also write your own custom prompt, just as you would with any AI writing tool.

Step 3: Generate Your Message

Once your prompt is ready, the AI Writer will do the rest — pulling in details from your profile to make the output feel personal.

1. Once you have selected or written your prompt, click the right arrow button to generate the message.
2. The AI Writer will pull data from your Quickpage profile to personalize the content.

Step 4: Add the Message to Your Page

Review what was generated and add it to your page — you can always make edits afterward.

1. Review the generated text.
2. Click Add to Page to insert it into your message body.
3. You can then edit, remove, or add to the generated text as needed to make it your own.

Step 5: Configure AI Writer Settings (Optional)

If you want more control over the tone and style of your generated messages, the settings menu is where to go — and you only need to set it up once.

1. Click the gear icon in the upper left corner of the AI Writer.
2. From here, you can set preferences for how you would like your AI-generated messages to be written, including tone and style.
