How to Use the AI Writer in Other Languages

Generate AI-written messages in any language by simply adding the language name to the end of your prompt.

If you and your customers are fluent in a language other than English, you can use the AI Writer to generate message copy in that language. This is a quick and easy way to communicate more naturally with customers who prefer a different language. Follow the steps below.

Step 1: Open the AI Writer

The AI Writer lives in the message body section of any Quickpage.

  1. Inside any Quickpage, scroll down to the message body.
  2. Click AI Writer.

Step 2: Select or Write Your Prompt

You can work with a pre-written prompt or write your own — either works for this.

  1. Choose one of the pre-written prompts from the list, or type your own into the prompt field.

Step 3: Add the Language to the End of Your Prompt

This is the key step — simply telling the AI Writer which language you want is all it takes.

  1. Place your cursor at the end of the prompt text.
  2. Type in [language name] at the end. For example:
    • Introduce myself to a new customer lead in Spanish
    • Introduce myself to a new customer lead in French

Step 4: Generate and Add to Page

Once your prompt is ready, generating the message and adding it to your page takes just a few clicks.

  1. Click the right arrow to generate the message.
  2. Review the output — the AI Writer will produce the message in the language you specified.
  3. Click Add to Page to insert it into your Quickpage.

Note: The AI Writer does not translate existing English text — it generates new content directly in the language you specify. Only use this feature if both you and your customer are fluent in that language, as you will need to be able to review and stand behind the message content.
