Pin and Highlight Feature
Use Pin to keep pages at the top of your dashboard and Highlight to share standout examples with your entire team.
Quickpage includes two features: Pin and Highlight, that help you keep your most important or best-performing pages easy to find and share with your team.
Here is how each one works and when to use them.
The Pin feature (individual use)
Pinning a page keeps it at the top of your own Quickpage dashboard for quick access.
- Find the page you want to pin.
- Click the pin icon (it looks like a thumbtack).
- The page will move to the top of your dashboard in the pinned section. The most recently pinned pages appear furthest to the left.
Pinned pages are only visible on your individual account — your teammates cannot see your pinned pages. Use this for pages you send frequently and want to grab quickly.
The Highlight feature (team-wide)
Highlighting a page makes it visible to everyone on your team. It is a great way to share examples of high-performing videos or messaging with your colleagues.
- Find the page you want to highlight.
- Click the star icon (the highlight button).
- A text box will appear where you can write a brief description for your team — explain why you are highlighting this page, what made it effective, or what inspiration it offers.
- Click Save or Confirm.
The highlighted page will appear in the Highlighted Pages section, just below the pinned pages area on your dashboard. All team members will be able to see it and scroll through highlighted pages.
Summary:
Pin: visible only to you, for pages you use often.
Highlight: visible to your entire team, for pages worth sharing as examples.
